Games

Yesterday, we had a game against Tibro HK B. We played with our club's 2nd team so that we could have more game-time. "T" was a trooper and basically played the whole game as centerback. I was at the wing, but that's not really that interesting. Anyway, back to "T." Even with the language barrier, she did well and we were able to run the offense pretty well. It's hard to play with girls that you usually don't play with or even practice with, but we managed and won the match 25-23. The other girls really helped us out and talked to us when we needed to figure things out on offense or defense. It was a lot of fun playing with this group because they were really excited to have us.

We also want to mention that the 1st team beat HK S-hof, 26-25 this weekend. We're looking forward to playing Kungälvs HK on Friday. They're currently the first place team in our league, but only because of point differential. We're both undefeated so it will be an exciting match-up. "T" says it'll be like the upcoming Michigan-Ohio State game. We shall see.

Congratulations to the USA Team for going 2-1 this weekend. We heard how close the last game was, but good job and keep it up!
